In 2015 Dolanog was accredited with the coveted Investors in People Award.

Our Staff are trained and encouraged to attend on-going courses; to give dedicated person-centred care and to respect the residents’ privacy, dignity and independence.

Residents are free to come and go as they please, stay in their room or enjoy the companionship of other residents in the lounges or gardens.  Dolanog is also very popular for its excellent day care provision.

We try to ensure that some staff are Welsh speaking to converse with reidents in their mother tongue.
